  • Doodle Maths

    Sat 21 Oct 2017

Over the half-tem break, we want to encourage children to use Doodle Maths - little and often will help children to develop their mathematical fluency.

Children who use Doodle Maths for 5 consecutive days, and earn 100 points over the break will each earn 3 Dojo points.

You can download a record sheet here!

    Happy Doodling!

  • D.I.S.C.O

A new rival for Fat Boy Slim was in town today, in the shape of DJ Churchill. He manned the 'wheels of steel' to the delight of the children who boogied on down to all the classic disco favourites.

Thank you to the PSA for organising and helping to raise valuable funds for the school.

  • Year One's trip to Upton Country Park

    Fri 13 Oct 2017

Yesterday the Year One children enjoyed a fun-packed day at Upton Country Park. Activities included Den Building, Andy Goldsworthy inspired art and a life-sized game of Where's Wally. The children all coped extremely well with the long walk to and from the park and they behaved fantastically throughout the day. The Year One staff and children would like to say a massive thank you to all of the parents and grandparents who gave up their time to support our trip. You are all superstars!!

  • Year Two Football Fever

Mon 02 Oct 2017 Graham Antell
On Monday afternoon some of our Year Two children excitedly took the short trip down to the Yarrells to play a series of small sided football matches. Upton won a number of games and all boys played the game with a great attitude, being competitive but remembering to respect the other team. Well done boys, look forward to our next game!
