On Wednesday this week our Brilliant Reception children went on their first school trip - and the teachers' first school trip since before the pandemic.
It was a wonderful day and the children had fun answering questions on a Jubilee trail, searching for minibeasts, making and testing dens and going on a scavenger hunt.
Thank you to Marco and Bex the fantastic Rangers at Avon Heath who looked after us for the day and to our brilliant coach drivers who managed to get us there and back to school (despite roads being closed by the police). Thank you to the wonderful parents and grandparents who came along as trip helpers - without you, this fun-filled day would not have been possible, and finally to the children who were absolute superstars all (the very hot) day long.
