The aim of this website is to give you useful information about our school and also to reflect its ethos. Our school is welcoming and friendly with good relationships between pupils, staff, parents and carers being of paramount importance to us. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, valued and are happy to come to school. We have high expectations of all pupils in terms of both academic achievements and behaviour. On the 1st November 2018 our school converted to an academy and joined Hamwic Education Trust (Hamwic Education Trust Registered address: Unit E, Mill Yard, Nursling Street, Southampton, SO16 0AJ. A charitable company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales. Company Number 10749662).
We felt that this would provide our school with the support and challenge needed to help us to continue to develop and improve. Dorset County Council are maintaining responsibility for our admissions arrangements, please click on the 'admissions' tab in our 'Parents' section for more details.
