Poetry Competition

Three of our pupils recently took part in the finals of the Upton in Bloom Poetry Competition.  Mia Gridley, Ashton Bridgeman and Georgina Jalie had been selected as winners from the Infant School to compete against pupils from Upton Juniors and the Yarrells.  Despite being the youngest competitors all three of our representatives performed their poems with confidence and proudly showed off their decorated 'best' copy.  We all enjoyed the homemade cakes afterwards!
